Will Tennyson engaged in Ronnie Coleman’s 600-gram protein bulking regimen.
Fitness icon Will Tennyson has consistently embraced numerous fitness trials, often stepping beyond his familiar territory in the industry. This time, he opted to adopt the diet of the legendary bodybuilder Ronnie Coleman, an 8x Mr. Olympia titleholder.
Tennyson has trained with renowned athletes like the reigning World’s Strongest Man Mitchell Hooper and has tried various workout plans of celebrities such as Dwayne Johnson. In July, he switched things up by attempting to train like a Cirque du Soleil performer.
Ronnie Coleman is famed for having won eight Mr. Olympia titles, a record he shares with Lee Haney. He is celebrated for his outstanding physique and relentless dedication to gym routines. To fuel his intense training, he adhered to a massive 6,000-calorie diet with 600 grams of protein.
