Sam Sulek’s Complete Day of Eating

Sam Sulek’s daily intake totaled 4,887 calories. His diet included 199 grams of protein, 159g of fat, and 665g of carbohydrates.

Meal 1

Sulek’s morning started with a substantial bowl of cereal. While he typically enjoys Cinnamon Toast Crunch, he opted for Chex on this occasion. He discussed the importance of counting calories and fats during a bulking phase.

  • 3 servings of Chex
  • 3 cups of milk

“Per serving, there’s one gram of fat in this dried Chex. Don’t overlook that. Ignoring it is the worst thing you could do.”

Meal 2

Sulek enjoyed steak and mashed potatoes as his pre-workout meal. This is a staple pre-workout meal for him, and he openly expresses his preference for pre-made meals.

  • 1 lb steak
  • 5 servings of mashed potatoes

“I’m a bit lazy and frequently buy pre-made foods, like a large 15-pound turkey breast from Costco and just cut off chunks, but lately, I’ve been loving steaks.”
