Sam Sulek prepared an enormous meal before tackling a back day at the gym.

Fitness personality Sam Sulek has rapidly risen in the fitness community, establishing himself as a burgeoning star in bodybuilding. Despite not stepping onto the competitive stage, Sulek has garnered substantial attention owed to his impressive physique and engaging presence on social media. Sulek’s regimen has been a hot topic, and he frequently shares various elements of it. Most recently, he showcased a colossal pre-workout breakfast comprising 100 grams of protein.

Over the past year or so, Sulek has gained prominence due to his remarkable size at such a young age. He has also faced criticism concerning his dietary choices and debates over potential anabolic usage. While he attracts critics, Sulek also enjoys support from fans, including Lee Priest.

“I feel pretty good after last night’s closing meal. We all ordered ice cream, so I had half a pint of cookies and cream and a strawberry milkshake. I slept like a baby.”

Sulek teamed up with Fouad Abiad at the Hosstile residence for a pre-workout meal before working on his back at the gym.

Sam Sulek Prepares a Hefty Pre-Workout Meal

Sam Sulek has previously shared various cutting and bulking meals. His full days of eating during a bulk are protein-laden, and this meal is no exception.

  • 6 entire eggs
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 servings of Mini Wheats cereal
  • Steak

The meal contained diverse proteins and carbs, totaling 100 grams each. It began with steak and eggs. Sulek mentioned that he reduced it to six eggs instead of his usual 8-10.

“If I go with just six eggs, it’s around 36 grams of protein, and two cups of milk will bring me to 50. Add some steak, and that’s roughly accurate.”

Sulek opted to reduce his egg intake because he included cereal in this meal. After seasoning the eggs with salt and pepper, he settled down to enjoy his food.

“Let’s dig in. We’ll hit back in a few hours, so I’m confident that the 80 grams of carbs along with the 24 from the milk, roughly 100 in total for this breakfast, will be burned off during lat pulldowns, rows, and pullovers.”

Sam Sulek adheres to his personalized diet plan, which he finds most effective, despite any criticism. This approach has proven beneficial for his physique and continues to support his growth.
