Mind-Blowing 3-Year Glow-Up: Anton Ratushnyi’s Journey at 19

The latest IFBB Pro Anton Ratushnyi made remarkable achievements at a young age.

Anton Ratushnyi has recently become one of the youngest individuals in the history of bodybuilding to secure their Pro Cards. After much dedication, Ratushnyi graced the stage at one of the largest amateur showcases globally and wowed audiences immediately. At just 19 years old, it’s evident that Ratushnyi’s intense drive has propelled him to prominence. Earlier this year, Ratushnyi revealed his astonishing three-year transformation.

The NPC National Championships took place at the Irving Convention Center in Irving, TX over the weekend. This is one of the premier amateur events of the year, and Ratushnyi captivated the audience with his visually appealing physique.

Following his triumph, Ratushnyi obtained his pro card, making him the youngest participant in the division. He also joins the ranks of the youngest bodybuilders ever to achieve this feat. Jeff Seid similarly earned his Pro Card at 19 years old during the early years of Men’s Physique.

Ratushnyi secured three straight victories at the NPC level, with the final win occurring in Texas where he acquired his Pro Card. As a Classic Physique contender, he earned the distinction of being the youngest in the category to ever gain their Pro Card. For context, Chris Bumstead made his debut at 19 but earned his Pro Card at 21 after winning the 2016 IFBB North American Bodybuilding Championship. Bumstead quickly ascended to the pinnacle of Classic Physique and remains a leading figure in the bodybuilding realm today.
