Kali Muscle Keeps Shedding Pounds, Hits 188 After Fruit Challenge: Watermelon Is All That’s Left!

Kali Muscle dedicated nine days exclusively to eating watermelon while abstaining from deodorant and toilet paper.

Ex-bodybuilder Kali Muscle has dramatically reshaped his body and life post-competition. He has eliminated steroids from his regimen and frequently advises against their use. Kali has been losing weight while still maintaining a toned physique. Recently, he opened up about a significant change he undertook for nine days involving a fruit-based diet.

Kali, whose birth name is Chuck Kirkendall, experienced a heart attack in 2021. He was admitted to the hospital with a fully blocked left artery. After his recovery, he decided to adopt a healthier lifestyle.

In a recent YouTube video, Kali disclosed his current weight of 188 pounds and shared details about his nine-day watermelon diet aimed at enhancing gut health.

“I did my cardio this morning, planning on about 15 minutes as usual. I don’t want to lose weight too rapidly. I weighed 188 last night. In the morning, it drops to around 182.”

Kali now focuses on incorporating more cardio into his daily routine and exercises consistently.

Kali Muscle: “Get Your Life in Order”

Kali Muscle elaborated on why he committed to consuming only watermelon for nine consecutive days. Alongside cardio, he aimed to cleanse his system.

“The main idea behind this watermelon challenge or fruitarian/raw food diet is to ease your digestive system. The goal is to clear your stomach and intestines as many of us have accumulated waste due to bad diets.”

During this period, Kali not only consumed watermelon but also revolved all aspects of his daily life around it, even abstaining from deodorant and toilet paper.

“You all still using deodorants, strange lotions, and oils. If this is going to be about watermelon, it will be completely about watermelon… Everything on this body is watermelon. I no longer use deodorant.

“For toothpaste, I use Dr. Bronner’s peppermint. I wish there was a watermelon version. As for toilet paper, I’ve switched to watermelon. I don’t use toilet paper anymore. I have bowel movements like a dog—everything comes out in one piece, and you don’t need toilet paper.”

Kali Muscle further discussed how his bowel movements have enhanced since starting this challenge.

“When I first began this, I experienced minor stomach issues a day prior due to consuming watermelon. I consulted Bobby Smith, who assured me it was normal. I believed I would have diarrhea, but instead, my bowel movements became regulated.”

This is just one of several approaches Kali Muscle has adopted during his transformation. Whatever his regimen, it appears to be successful as he continues to lose weight while preserving an impressive physique.
