Chris Bumstead is a month past securing his fourth straight Classic Physique Olympia victory. At present, he has embarked on his off-season mass gain regimen as he gears up to hit the gym again. On Sunday, Bumstead posted a video on his YouTube channel detailing his complete day of eating.

Bumstead’s mass gain diet comprises 3,508 calories across five meals, incorporating his supplement routine. He mentioned that he weighed 250 pounds at the time of the video recording. The 2023 Olympia is scheduled in Orlando from Nov. 2-5. Bumstead will be gearing up to compete for his fifth consecutive title in the Classic Physique category.
