PJ Braun Released From Detention
PJ Braun’s release from detention occurs two years after his sentencing. On Feb. 17, 2022, Braun was handed a 54-month prison term after being found guilty of selling illegal anabolic steroids and other controlled substances disguised as dietary supplements, alongside Aaron Singerman. Both defendants admitted guilt during the proceedings.
Besides the 54-month imprisonment, PJ Braun was also ordered to surrender $3 million, and Blackstone Labs had to relinquish $1.2 million. Despite these developments, Braun remains optimistic that Blackstone Labs will not only maintain its stability but continue to grow during his departure.
On his sentencing day, PJ Braun posted a video on social media elucidating his actions and the judgement. He stated that the two illicit substances sold by Blackstone Labs were a prohormone and SARMs and asserted that neither he nor Aaron Singerman knew they were prohibited.

Aaron Singerman was released from jail in December 2022 after completing only a few months of a 60-month term. In November 2021, Singerman accepted a plea bargain regarding the accusations after confessing to his crime.
Reports highlighted that Aaron Singerman had confessed as part of a plea agreement with the prosecutors. Singerman and Braun acknowledged their conspiracy to distribute prohibited substances and to selling unapproved new drugs. Blackstone Labs LLC had likewise pled guilty to these same offenses in addition to conspiring to deceive the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and committing mail and wire fraud.
Blackstone Labs has confirmed that PJ Braun is now out of incarceration, and numerous supporters have commenced celebrating this news with the company.
