Power and Elegance: Dr. Stephanie Buttermore Reigns as Fitness Royalty

Stephanie Buttermore blends physical prowess and intellectual allure!

Female fitness deserves as much, if not greater, recognition compared to their male peers. This may spark debate, but stick with me here. Historically, the realm of fitness and athleticism has predominantly been a man’s domain. Often, when we discuss the world’s top athletes, men dominate the narrative, sidelining women.

Yet, a woman who dedicates her time and effort not only to achieving an optimal physical condition but also to inspiring in their fitness endeavors, demonstrates an undeniable perseverance that’s rare to match.

Nowadays, it’s evident that both women and men equally strive for peak physical condition, aiming to become the best versions of themselves. This continuous self-improvement is exemplified exceptionally by both Jeff Nippard and his partner, Dr. Stephanie Buttermore.

While Jeff Nippard may be a well-known name in the fitness community, not everyone is aware that his girlfriend is equally knowledgeable about fitness, often assisting him in creating educational content. Stephanie Buttermore combines intellect and physical fitness into a remarkable blend. She possesses both natural genetic advantages and the intellect and determination to sculpt herself into her best version.

If you’re not yet familiar with Stephanie Buttermore and her blend of physical and mental excellence, check out the posts below and you’ll appreciate it later!

Eccentric accentuated loading is definitely having a moment and for good reason? Accentuated eccentrics can be achieved by having a training partner resist you on the negative or REALLY slowing down the eccentric of the movement, as I do here. Love doing exercises like this because I genuinely think it works… and also supported by literature ? (Walker et al. 2016 & Farthing et al. 2003) . Training with these exercises are a recent fav of mine, not only for enabling a very strong mind muscle connection during the eccentric but also with getting noticeable gains strength improvements ??. . I highly recommend trying it on exercises where you can really slow the eccentric ?? and make the most out of the . For leg movements, I love doing it on hip thrusts, RDLs, hip abduction and leg curls ? . Cropped Hoodie @alphalete Shorts @forever21 Shoes ? @supergausa ? Been a minute since yo girl has posted a back selfie and happy that I still got it #trapqueen ?? . Working on my next Women’s Series Video and I need your help!! ?❤️ . Next Women’s Series ? topic will be on birth control, which is a very highly requested topic! As I want this video to be general enough for you all without getting too far deep into inter-individual nuances, I wanted to see if there was anything specific you wanted me to touch on ? . I obviously can’t go over everything as this video would become a documentary, but seeing my audience is mostly focused on physique goals, these are the main points I’m going to touch on: . ▫️Briefly, what is birth control? ▫️Most common types? ▫️Most common side effects. ▫️Does it make you gain weight or lose weight? ▫️Does BC make it harder to lose weight? ▫️BC Effects on training ??‍♀️ . Am I missing something? Would love your input down below ? You guys are the best ?❤️ . #backgamestrong #WomensSeries ? #happysunday
