It’s fascinating to observe Sam’s dietary choices, as he maintains a massive muscle mass despite showing little concern for specific macronutrients and food sources, prioritizing overall caloric intake instead. Mike Mentzer had a similar philosophy about his diet. Although he didn’t typically indulge in junk food like Sam, Mentzer believed protein intake wasn’t as crucial as bodybuilders and fitness magazines claimed.

Is Sam Sulek Natural?

Lee Priest was famous in his time for being exceptionally large and well-conditioned at a young age. Lee received similar backlash to what Sam Sulek faces regarding PED speculations. Lee also attributes Sam’s eating habits to his younger age and faster metabolism, stating that as long as he monitors his bloodwork, he is likely fine.
Lee went on to add:
“WHEN I WAS 21, 20, LIKE THAT VIDEO I PUT UP ON INSTAGRAM NOT LONG AGO WHEN I WAS 22 YEARS OLD AND I WAS SHREDDED. AT 22, I WAS STILL DRINKING HALF-AND-HALF MILK AND THIS AND THAT, BUT AS I GOT OLDER, I CAN’T DO THAT ANYMORE SO IT CHANGES.”
He also highlighted that Sam isn’t advising others to follow his example, unlike many influencers. Instead, Sam Sulek is merely showing his own routine and how it works for him, acknowledging that everyone is different.
