Here’s an in-depth overview of the soon-to-arrive New York Pro!
The 2024 New York Pro is scheduled for Saturday at the Marriott at Glenpointe in Teaneck, NJ. Featuring nine distinct categories from the IFBB Pro League, athletes will vie for one of the sport’s highest honors on stage.
The New York Pro is recognized as the third most significant event of the year, trailing only the Olympia and Arnold Classic. Tonio Burton will be back to defend his 2023 title against a competitive field in the Men’s Open division.

Nick Walker is making his stage return. An injury sidelined Walker from the 2023 Olympia, but he is back and aims to secure a spot for the 2024 Olympia, improving his prospects for the championship. Walker is heavily tipped to win the New York Pro but faces stiff competition.
Quinton Eriya
Quinton Eriya participated in the Texas and Tampa Pro shows in 2022, finishing in the top five at both. After a break to focus on recovery and growth, Eriya is back, prepared to display his gains on stage.
Tonio Burton
Returning to defend his title, Tonio Burton transitioned from the 212 class in 2022 and impressed with his substantial physique. No longer an underdog, Burton aims for another strong performance, following his back-to-back appearances in the Olympia and a notable second-place finish at the Arnold Classic Brazil.
Stuart Sutherland
Stuart Sutherland claimed victory at the 2022 NPC USA Championships and secured seventh place at the Tampa Pro. Sharing consistent updates, Sutherland exhibits few weaknesses. After finishing second to Burton last year and fourth at the California State Pro, he hopes to clinch his first Olympia qualification. He is a dark horse in this year’s event.
Martin Fitzwater
Martin Fitzwater clinched victory at the Detroit Pro in April, earning his first Olympia qualification. Gaining his Pro Card in 2020, Fitzwater quickly made his mark with impressive size and conditioning. After finishing runner-up to Andrew Jacked at the 2022 Texas Pro and competing at the Arnold Classic UK, Fitzwater is now set to challenge the best, starting with a showdown against Walker at the NY Pro.
